Welcome
Welcome to Rational Drug Design,
the homepage for Dahlia Weiss.
I currently serve as the Director of Computational Chemistry at Septerna in the San Francisco Bay Area.
My career has been shaped by diverse experiences in the field. At Bristol-Myers Squibb, I was part of a larger team dedicated to Molecular Structure and Design, working on many cutting-edge small molecule modalities. My time at Nurix Therapeutics involved designing small molecules aimed at controlling protein fate through targeted protein degradation. At Heptares Therapeutics in the UK, I focused on applying CADD to G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) targets. Prior to these roles, I was a postdoctoral researcher with Brian Schoichet at the University of California, San Francisco, and completed my doctoral studies as a SimBios fellow in Michael Levitt's lab at Stanford University.
